➣ For the raw natural gas with a C3+ content of more than 8%, LPG recovery is usually considered, and the obtained products are mainly stable light hydrocarbons and LPG; through this process, the project income can be greatly improved. Commonly used natural gas LPG recovery technologies include shallow cooling method, cryogenic method, cold oil absorption method and DHX contact method; at present, cold oil absorption method and DHX contact method are widely used in domestic gas fields.
➣According to different gas source components, under the condition of meeting the project propane recovery rate, it is the principle to choose different LPG recovery processes to reduce the primary investment as much as possible and reduce the energy consumption.
