➣ The control console is made of stainless steel and labeled in both Chinese and English. The console layout is reasonable with wide vision, making it easy for operators to monitor various instruments and meters on the control console. The bottom is fixed to the skid through shock absorbers, ensuring the stability during operation;

➣ With two cement inlet pipes for batch cement delivering;

➣ The mixing tank is with cylindrical body and elliptical head without dead corners during mixing. The residual rate is low during cement delivering;

➣ The top of the batch mixing tank is equipped with a detachable dosing device, which is used for cement or weighting agents adding manually;

➣ The agitator in the batch mixing tank adopts a disc turbine agitator, and the double-layer blade mixing structure can increase the mixing area, prevent cement settling and effectively improve the mixing capacity;

➣ Non-radioactive densimeter to avoid personnel radiation hazards and ensure measurement accuracy;

➣ The automatic and manual system ensures the safety and reliability of the mixing process, which is optional based on customer requirement. The unit performs high automation and integration, simple and fast operation and convenient maintenance;

➣ It can achieve automatic control of density and liquid level, record clean water flow rate, slurry density, plunger pump flowrate, etc.; the operation data can be downloaded and printed in curve form;

➣ Suitable for high temperature area, ultra-cold area, marshy area, desert area and offshore platform.
