Recently,China's first pipeline network natural gas emptying recovery operation has beena complete success. The TRUCK-MOUNTEDPIPELINE GAS RECOVERY COMPRESSOR UNITS used in the project was jointlydeveloped by Kerui and the West-East Gas Pipeline Company, and independentlymanufactured by Kerui.

In the demonstration project, two TRUCK-MOUNTEDPIPELINE GAS RECOVERY COMPRESSOR UNITS operated in parallel, one in use and onein standby. Within the limited 16-hour operating time, approximately 247,200cubic meters of vented natural gas was recovered, and the emission reduction reached3,700 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent.

The TRUCK-MOUNTED PIPELINE GAS RECOVERY COMPRESSORUNITS equipment integrates key equipment such as the engine, compressor, andair cooler into a vehicle that can be driven normally on the road, realizingthe mobility of the compressor unit and enabling a substantial recovery of ventednatural gas.

Throughmodular and flexible configuration, maximum integration of the unit, fasttransportation, convenient assembly, fast recovery and high recovery rate. Morethan 85% of the natural gas in the pipeline can be recovered through a singleunit, and the recovery efficiency of two units in parallel can be doubled inparallel.The equipment's intake andexhaust pressure and processing capacity are suitable for the workingconditions of long-distance pipelines and regional trunk lines. The entirevehicle complies with road transportation specifications and can realize mobilenatural gas recovery operations for most trunk pipeline networks.
