Recently, China's first intelligent integrated processtubing unit independently developed and manufactured by Kerui has beensuccessfully operated in SINOPEC Shengli Oilfield. The unit has significantadvantages in conventional complex wells, multiple processes, especially incement plug drilling and milling, sand flushing, and treating wellbore in thelong well sections. During the operation period, the unit successfullycompleted 6 wells operation, and accumulated completion of 22 processesincluding cement plug drilling and milling, sand flushing, grinding and milling, well scraping, acidwashing, etc., with the trip in and out of the tubing to 65,000 meters.

With the increasing development cycle and worse conditionsof oil and gas fields, problems such as sanding, falling objects, and waxblockage frequently occur in the wells. The Intelligent integrated processtubing unit has the advantages of being more economical, more efficient andsafe. The unit is equipped with high-strength superimposed mast, which canwithstand all operating loads without need of crane assistance throughout theentire process, unaffected by strong wind restrictions, safer and with loweroperation cost. Constant coiled tubing guidance, hydraulic pipeline connectionsor ropes tying up etc are not needed during operation, and 70% reduction inpreparation time for a single operation with high operation efficiency. Theunit adopts singletruck-mounted design withhigh degree of integration and small footprintfor the limitedspace of the well site.The off-road chassis has good passingability and can meet the transportation requirements of complex road conditionssuch as mountains, hills, and muddy roads, making relocation flexible andconvenient.

The mast adopts wireless remote controloperation, with one lever control multi-dimensional adjustment, which canachieve six directional mobilization and angle adjustment. The wellheadalignment is accurate and simple, and the operation is convenient. It canachieve a range of 1500mm for front and rear telescopic hydro cylinder, 1460mmfor synchronous lifting hydro cylinder, 175mm for left and right adjustment hydrocylinder range, and 0-95 ° for flipping hydro cylinder. The unit isequipped with intelligent clamping and tensioning control, low pressure alarm,hanging weight abnormal alarm and emergency response system, with a high degreeof digitization.
